Herstmonceux Village Hall was
completed in 2000 and is a replacement for our old 'Victory
Hall' built in 1919.
The commemoration stone from
the Victory Hall has been incorporated in a planter at the front
of our new hall (pictured right), this was saved from the
demolition men by the then Chairperson Bill Gower.

Our main hall incorporates a
stage as well as a large kitchen. The kitchen has a hatch to the
Main Hall as well as the Lounge Area.
The Small Hall has a Still Room to
make tea and coffee this also includes washing up facilities and
a fridge.
The
above picture shows one of our local club's in the Main Hall Kitchen
getting ready for an event. This was photographed from the
Lounge and this hatch was used for the licensed bar. The other
hatch to the Main Hall can be seen closed on the left, this they used
to serve up a Ploughman's Lunch.
Herstmonceux
Village Hall has full wheel-chair access and disabled toilets
with a baby changing area.
